In San Francisco
 Go to the beach at the Presidio or Ocean Beach
 Walk across the Golden Gate Bridge, you can also rent bikes and ride across it!
 Have a picnic in Golden Gate Park
 The DeYoung Museum, Academy of Sciences and Tea Garden (Golden Gate Park)
 Check out the  SF MOMA and Asian Art Museum (Downtown, Civic Center)
 Go to Fisherman’s wharf, get some clam chowder, find Ghirardelli Square & indulge
 Check out the Haight-Ashbury
 Shop downtown, then take a cable car to Chinatown (Powell St. BART)


In Marin
 
Go hiking! There are tons of great places, including Muir Woods & Mt. Tamalpais

 Check out the cute town of Sausalito and grab some delicious food
